I would like to thank Carroll Grote for his assistance on the recent work on my 2010 Tahoe that I purchased from Chris Bolt at Poage Chevrolet. Carroll went above and beyond to get my damaged tire replaced and a TPS (throttle position sensor) code that was fixed under a service warranty. Carroll and the service department did an exceptional job on getting the Tahoe back on the road in minimal time and fixed the TPS problem with no issues to date. I would never purchase a car from Poage, Bought a van from Poage Chrysler and basically had a terrible experience. Just a suggestion,. MAKE SURE YOUR ONLINE PRICING MATCHES instantly TO YOUR SALESPERSON PRICE SHEET! Also,. be sure to tell your customer if SIGNIFICANT car problems I.e. Head, cylinder head casket,. engine problems etc,. were worked on and don't LIE about it.
