This was the best experience I have had with purchasing a car. Their communication was exceptional and they got me in and out in no time at all. They are very honest and good people to deal with. I highly recommend Chuck and Brad. Terrific people to work with.
I have bought 3 Vehicle from them in the past. But the pass couple of mouths me and my wife have been looking for her a new suv and have been there a couple of times in the past mouth and they have been nothing but rude. And the sales guy could not even come out and show us the car he just handed me the key and said pull it up if you want to test drive it.

they were very rude to me from the beginning of my experience dealing with this company. The sales associate did not introduce himself or ever once tell me his name and then proceeded to go outside where he and his boss talked bad about (me and my friend) their customers. They were not interested in selling cars only being majorly rude and disrespectful.

Worst dealership in Missouri. Liars and poorest customer service I have ever come across. Service manager the worst. Unsatisfactory work by service Dept. Will NEVER go back. People beware of getting a vehicle inspected by them . Go to the Quincy store where they are true professionals.
