I recently took a heirloom ring to Poag’s Jewellers to see if they could do something/anything with it so I could wear it and feel comfortable. It was a very large ring with much sentimental value. Poag’s was the ONLY jeweller (out of 4 that I visited in the London area) that would even attempt it! My salesperson “Morgan” was unbelievable! I love visiting Poags - whether it is repair for maintenance of jewellery or watches, or shopping for a special gift or treat for myself - they have wonderful products, a range of price points, on trend and traditional pieces and gifts further complimented by a high end customer service team. Jenny did an amazing job on my ring! I wanted to replace my emerald cut diamond for one with better specs and she did such an amazing job on it! On top of that Poags was able to help me find the perfect wedding band to go with my ring. Our experience with Poag’s was amazing!! They have such a variety of styles to choose from. Our sales associate Morgan was absolutely lovely, and made us feel so welcomed and was so patient while we selected our wedding bands. I would recommend to anyone shopping for fine jewelry to go to Poag’s.
