I went in for my molding and the boss never showed up so his side kick took my mouldings in the hallway. I paid $1200 for a top and bottom and after calling multiple times they finally called me back after 3 weeks and told me the price of gold had gone up and they needed another $250. My best guess was they wanted a night on the town so they milked me. I paid it. This business is on the 31st floor of a high rise and the staff must come give access to the elevator. We made a 11:15 appt amd we’re asked to wait downstairs. No one came at 11:15 and our calls went to voice mail. We waited until 11:30 and decided to leave. Someone called around 11:40 but didn’t leave voicemail. I’m not a fan of waiting with no communication.
