I want to add more context about my experience with PNY’s warranty and support process, because it has been just as frustrating as the product issue itself. After my first RMA didn’t resolve anything, I reached out again expecting a proper follow-up or a deeper inspection. Instead, I was told to find another PC system to test the GPU myself to “rule out compatibility issues.” To be honest, this is not a reasonable request for most customers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with PNY has been extremely disappointing. I purchased an RTX 5080 and started having serious issues not long after using it. The GPU would randomly lose display signal during gaming, and when it happened, the fans would immediately ramp up to maximum speed while the screen went completely black.
