Trying to coordinate appointments with the front desk is ridiculous. Nobody knows who or what kind of appointment needs to be booked for the patient.
TERRIBLE staff, I've never had appointments canceled THE DAY BEFORE due to clerical ease... Unbelievable. Go with a bigger more respectable organization.
My partner had an unbelievably disappointing experience with this clinic. She just moved here from out-of-state and was only looking for a new provider to help maintain the medication she already takes. In a fifteen-minute virtual appointment, the provider said she might be bipolar (WHAT!??) and didn't want to "hurt anyone" by refilling medication she ALREADY TAKES and has TAKEN FOR YEARS.
