Jimmy Gilletti is an amazing real estate broker! He helped me buy my very first home and he was patient with answering all of my questions, always made time to work with my schedule for showings, and was quick to answer any texts or emails. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place for me. Bonus: he has a wicked sense of humor and excellent taste in movies. Definitely would recommend Jimmy to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Morton Perry is dishonest with his clients, both sellers and buyers, when it comes to closing. He will tell his buyers that they can take possession on a date, then tell the seller they can stay beyond the closing date. When called out on his dishonesty, he simply stops answering his emails and phone calls. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They do not follow realtor standards and you will have a headache of a sale if using this company.
