It's hard to put into words the absolutely amazing work PNW Restoration performed after a pipe burst in our basement. Starting with the assessment and mitigation work - everything was done professionally and perfectly. Then they dealt and negotiated with our insurance adjuster to make certain that work would be covered. The drywalling & painting of walls & ceilings was a work of art. Wade did a thorough inspection inside and under the house to determine the source of a water leak. He took the time and care to document his findings with photos and a complete report. We heartily endorse the service of PNW Restoration!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extremely disappointed with PNW Restoration and would strongly urge others to avoid them. Our property management company hired them for water mitigation after a flood in our rental home. Not only did they fail to shut off the main water line before starting (neighbors witnessed and assisted in finding the shutoff by the street), but they also broke a CPVC pipe during their work, which further worsened the damage. I don’t review much but feel compelled to. Brett would get 6 stars if possible. He’s incredibly considerate, well-versed, and thorough in his work. He put us at ease in a stressful spot and we were very much comfortable leaving our issues in his hands. He delivered what we expected when we expected it. I hope he got a good chunk of the sizable project management & supervision fees because he was the one managing the work after the papers were signed. Would love to work with Brett again!
