AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extremely disappointed with PNW Restoration and would strongly urge others to avoid them. Our property management company hired them for water mitigation after a flood in our rental home. Not only did they fail to shut off the main water line before starting (neighbors witnessed and assisted in finding the shutoff by the street), but they also broke a CPVC pipe during their work, which further worsened the damage. I don’t review much but feel compelled to. Brett would get 6 stars if possible. He’s incredibly considerate, well-versed, and thorough in his work. He put us at ease in a stressful spot and we were very much comfortable leaving our issues in his hands. He delivered what we expected when we expected it. I hope he got a good chunk of the sizable project management & supervision fees because he was the one managing the work after the papers were signed. Would love to work with Brett again!

After cleaning my washer filter I didn’t tighten it back up enough and ran a load of laundry while I went downstairs to cook. Not long later water is pouring out of my ceiling lights and speakers. I called PNW Restoration and Brett and crew were here within 90 minutes. They worked tirelessly late into the night setting up drying equipment and barriers. We had an incredible experience with PNW Restoration after discovering water damage in our home. They were incredibly responsive, arriving at our house within a few short hours. As it was our first time dealing with a flood, we were grateful for their thorough approach.
