Dr. Bean really took the time to go through the whole procedure with our son and thoroughly answered our questions. I (the mother) was pretty nervous because my son is so young, but he really reassured me and quelled all my nerves! Could not have been happier with how things went and my son’s recovery was so smooth!
Amazing, welcoming, organized, kind, knowledgeable, patient, clean, understandable, and patient are just some of the qualities the entire staff presented. After my son having a horrible dental experience somewhere else he was scared and hesitant to go. Immediately after his first visit here he was excited to go back. The fun atmosphere makes what can be a scary time enjoyable. As an interpreter, I work with a lot of different providers, and Dr. Bean really stood out to me. He’s not only super easy to work with, but he truly cares about the kids and their parents. He takes his time and makes sure everyone is safe and comfortable, even giving extra time after anesthesia so they can wake up gently. It makes a big difference, and parents definitely feel more at ease because of it. Highly recommended!
