Our two year old son had fell and some trauma was caused to his front teeth resulting in him needing dental work. After his check up with the Pediatric dentist, they let us know the treatment plan, and that due to his age he would need to be put under general anesthesia for the procedure. As a parent I was terrified to hear that he would need to be put under since this was his first ever procedure and he is so young. Dr. Bean really took the time to go through the whole procedure with our son and thoroughly answered our questions. I (the mother) was pretty nervous because my son is so young, but he really reassured me and quelled all my nerves! Could not have been happier with how things went and my son’s recovery was so smooth!
Amazing, welcoming, organized, kind, knowledgeable, patient, clean, understandable, and patient are just some of the qualities the entire staff presented. After my son having a horrible dental experience somewhere else he was scared and hesitant to go. Immediately after his first visit here he was excited to go back. The fun atmosphere makes what can be a scary time enjoyable.
