Do not use this company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to complete the job. I had a bond cleaning which was scheduled on my last day of move-out, where they were informed that this was a 4-bedroom furnished house. We were called at 7:30 am in the morning by Jay, who was very rude on the phone and continued to talk over us and kept blaming us for not removing the furnishings owned by the property company. 10/10, would use again. I'm so impressed with how well Billy did my bond clean. He did a top notch job of my one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a record amount of time including a carpet clean as well and it only cost me around $500. Jay was also great and easy to communicate with. He was always polite and prompt in his responses.
I would absolutely recommend PnK Cleaning. I got the cleaner named Billy and his bond clean was absolutely spectacular! It was a 2-bed/1-bath apartment and the final price was $530 which felt was quite reasonable. Not the cheapest (which the company itself acknowledged), but absolutely the best in the business in terms of value for the quality of clean. Pnk cleaning service were amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! The entire process was easy, honest and efficient! The prices were very fair and the service incredible! The cleaners were also genuinely lovely men which was a bonus!! Thank you very much for a great job!!
