When we were vacating our previous rental, we were recommended PnK Cleaning Service for a bond clean and pest control. From the beginning Jay and his team were fantastic, very responsive and communication was open the entire time. They did a fantastic job and we were happy with their service, so when it came time to move again, we were quickly in contact with Jay again. Worst cleaning company instead of cleaning they make the house dirty . Most of there staff who come to clean are themselves very dirty and lazy .

Do not use this company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to complete the job. I had a bond cleaning which was scheduled on my last day of move-out, where they were informed that this was a 4-bedroom furnished house. We were called at 7:30 am in the morning by Jay, who was very rude on the phone and continued to talk over us and kept blaming us for not removing the furnishings owned by the property company.
