Following up (seems like Phil and crew are here every month or so). I was getting a terrible grinding noise from my garbage disposal, and couldn’t see or feel anything that might be causing it. I full expected that the blades were broken or bent and the disposal would need to be replaced. PNH came out this morning with a replacement, and could have easily just replaced it and charged me for a new unit.
