Received therapy here a while back for EMDR related to trauma. During therapy, symptoms became significantly worse, and I was reassured that this was a part of the process. I continued on, feeling worse and worse with each session and I verbalized my concerns regularly. The therapist at the time stated they were leaving the practice and referred me to a trauma specialist, despite this person claiming to have experience with trauma patients and EMDR.
