I have never had a massage and Polly was the most informative and relaxing person you can ever get for that. Relaxating, comforting, clean establishment, and just an all around good person . You can’t ask for anything else. I had things going on I didn’t know about and she explained them as we went along. All in all amazing and highly recommended.

Finally came back after a year of neglecting myself, and I wish I had started a routine massage schedule sooner. After just three sessions, I feel significantly different. I feel so much less stiff when I wake up in the mornings. The annoying, constant tension between my shoulder blades has reduced sooo much. I had an extraordinary experience at Pneuma Massage Therapy yesterday (June 21st). Regrettably, I had given up massages in 2020 because of the Covid pandemic. I'm 83 and I exercise intensely and regularly. I had accumulated a lot of knots and pain during the past four years. Also, I've had lumbar fusion (2016). Chronic pain followed the surgery.
