I had an extraordinary experience at Pneuma Massage Therapy yesterday (June 21st). Regrettably, I had given up massages in 2020 because of the Covid pandemic. I'm 83 and I exercise intensely and regularly. I had accumulated a lot of knots and pain during the past four years. Also, I've had lumbar fusion (2016). Chronic pain followed the surgery.
