Finally came back after a year of neglecting myself, and I wish I had started a routine massage schedule sooner. After just three sessions, I feel significantly different. I had an extraordinary experience at Pneuma Massage Therapy yesterday (June 21st). Regrettably, I had given up massages in 2020 because of the Covid pandemic. I'm 83 and I exercise intensely and regularly. I had accumulated a lot of knots and pain during the past four years. Also, I've had lumbar fusion (2016). Chronic pain followed the surgery. Polly is an incredibly skilled therapist and a lovely human being. I have never been treated with such an exceptional level of care. She used a combination of techniques and talked me through all of them. I really appreciated the open communication. It made me feel very at ease. I can't wait for my next session!
