Small company, many employees are family or friends. Type of place where owner has corvette and land rovers tagged through the company. Many subs refuse to work with them, or even submit estimates. Micromanagement, and moody owners/bosses. Low ball salaries. Require use of personal phone (calls/texts, e-mail, procore, drawings, etc). The few laptops that are in circulation are extremely old. I look up reviews on PNCI and see two on Lawson Construction ????? The are not the same company. How misleading. Cannot depend on your service. PNCI is a excellent company and you have done them a disservice.
I did the Ute Museum project as a sub to PNCI. It was unorganized and ran over schedule. Several Super's assigned to project during the construction. It has been two years and I have not been paid retention due to the suit between State of Colorado and PNCI for shoddy construction, concrete was cracking and flaking. Unethical people at best! I will not work for them again and I recommend not using them on your projects.
