Our family has worked with PNC for decades now and I have had my previous mortgage through PNC. I will never, work with PNC again and I will be pulling all of our business from PNC. I have never worked with a more incompetent group of individuals. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of ANYONE who is working on your loan. I have never left a review for any partners in business such as a lender or title company out of professional, but my experience was so horrible that I felt I needed to reach out.
