Terrible customer service. I started a new loan application and submitted all docs. Then never heard back, for two weeks I tried to call and email with no response. They simply ignored me and my application.
Awful mortgage company - incredibly difficult to deal with
In my opinion their online banking for mortgages is the worst of the banks I've used.
