Called to close my account. Was told legally I had to come into the office to close my account or snail mail them a letter. Which is not exactly legal since you can open an account over the phone... Called the 1-800 number and had my account closed in 7 minutes. Branches like this are why I bank with Ally.
This is the most ghetto and unrefined PNC I have ever personally been to. If my job were not close to this PNC I would not go to this location (ever).. All of the homeless people in and around that building and the PNC employees at that location are real bottom feeders. I try to get in and out as quickly as possible.I would advise people to drive to a better PNC location. This is definitely not Fishers or Carmel. Stay away!!!!
