The staff at this location is rude and unprofessional, with the exception of one employee who appears to stand out positively (this employee coming from foreign country). Overall, the customer service is very poor, and there seems to be a lack of knowledge about the bank’s products and services. This branch used to be my go-to, but I will no longer be visiting. Do not waster your time with this branch. Disaster inefficiency
No employees working don’t even waste your time going to this location.
Been coming here for years and had good experience but with all the old staff gone, customer service here is terrible now. Went in to an empty bank yet two tellers ignored me while I stood in line on their laptop. Huge shoutout to Ruth because she’s the friendliest and courteous one here. Hope she still works here.
If I could give a zero I would. They have now put my money in the wrong account more than once. The branch manager doesn’t properly train new hires and all of the good workers seem to be gone. Never going there again
