Been coming here for years and had good experience but with all the old staff gone, customer service here is terrible now. Went in to an empty bank yet two tellers ignored me while I stood in line on their laptop. Huge shoutout to Ruth because she’s the friendliest and courteous one here. Hope she still works here.
If I could give a zero I would. They have now put my money in the wrong account more than once. The branch manager doesn’t properly train new hires and all of the good workers seem to be gone. Never going there again

Good team at this bank, lines usually pretty short, waived some fees when I had an issue
So they "ran out of money and have to go get more.... you can have a seat". So now me and 2 other gentlemen are waiting for mad long while they count tens of thousands of dollars so I can get my little $500. Did they suddenly realize at 2.32pm that they had no more cash? How does that even happen? And the branch manager ran out of here rather than help out. Could they give us our little bit of cash and then, when they're slow, count all that money?
