The card reader for their lobby is out of order. No one can access the ATM after hours. They have known about this for months.
Customer service agent when I walked in instantly profiled me!! Wouldn’t let me speak, cut me off and used no manners as soon as I walked in!! Sad because I spoke to her on the phone I guess she was expecting someone more of the mayo complexion or hoping I was Indian like her! Banking while black is difficult sometimes!!!
