There is one person working here. Unacceptable.
Horrible service! Brian Torres called us in for an appointment at 9am he ignored us for 1 whole hour even though the entire bank was empty!!!! The check in lady was super confused why is he being ignorant of us. Closing our businesss account because of him!!!!! Never want to go back there.
I had absolutely excellent custom service at this PNC location from Makida! I was running to work and had to deposit some checks and Makida was extremely professional and efficient in providing everything I needed. Thank you, Makida!
