The fact I had to call the customer service line because the branch manager doesn’t want to do her job. All she tried to do was upsell me on a credit card versus assisting with what I asked. Now I’m very tempted to leave this bank because I feel neglected as a customer, also, no one was in the bank so I don’t know why she was rushing me out.

Super friendly people with great helping attitude! They helped me open a new account. Definitely recommended 👍
