One of the best branches really. The manager there pays attention to everyone and is very intentional in ensuring everyone gets a great experience. Somehow, I look forward to the few occasions that I have to go into the Bank as the manager (Chris or Christopher - not sure) is always super helpful. Good staff.
By far still one of the worst things I've ever dealt with to this day.. customer service is just horrible the people there most of them are rude some are nice but not many. Ever since they took over from BBVA Compass I've had nothing but problems and I'm not the only one.. I'm staying with them because I have the credit cards with them other than that I do not recommend this Bank..
