By far still one of the worst things I've ever dealt with to this day.. customer service is just horrible the people there most of them are rude some are nice but not many. Ever since they took over from BBVA Compass I've had nothing but problems and I'm not the only one.. I'm staying with them because I have the credit cards with them other than that I do not recommend this Bank..
Chris and Claudia go above and beyond to serve their clients. I highly recommend this branch to my Canadian snowbird friends. Cross border banking can be complicated but they make it make sense. Great team!
