Pnc is the worst bank I've ever had. Every transaction I tried to make was declined and after that I tried to call just so the representative tells me that he can't find my account. Then gives me the option to answer security question and I didn't recognize any of them. So they tell me to go to a branch and after that they locked me out of my mobile banking app. It's terrible and frustrating. I do have money in my account. This is terrible

This goes to the time when I was a student at ********************************* park and i had the cash wallet account or something to that effect.During the 5 years when I was a customer with **********************, I always kept having problems with their Online banking.Resetting my password and the bureaucracy at the bank was a pain to deal with.I was joining the ** Military after graduation. I wanted to share an issue that Im having with PNC Bank. I live in ** and they closed our bank down back in November so now there is no atm anywhere that you can made a deposit at. Im seriously looking for a new back to switch to because this issue is ridiculous.

Pnc ATM ate my card 2 months ago and I was told that they couldnt access the machine to get it out. Today, ATM at same location ate several hundred dollars as I was attempting to deposit it. Employees were not helpful, state Tgey can only file a didpute, which can take weeks to resolve. Terrible customer service.

THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM COMPASS BANK (THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST BANK EVER) TO PNC IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER!THEY ARE THREATENING ME NOW THAT IF I DO NOT TURN ON MY CREDIT CARDS WITH THEM THEY WILL CANCEL THEM...I NEVER GOT ANY CREDIT CARDS ON MY TWO ACCOUNTS FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS AND NO ONE VIA PHONE KNOWS ****.PLEASE GET THIS PNC BANK AND SHUT IT DOWN.

During the week of October 7 through October 12, which was also the week PNC was merging with BBVA, PNC allowed 6 fraudulent wire transfers to occur to and from my and my mother's checking accounts. The first transactions were on 10/7 when someone logged on to my online banking and transferred **** into my checking, then **** out. I was told by my local PNC manager on 10/14 that this was money laundering activity.Then $4,780 was wired out on 10/12, and $4,805 wired out on 10/13 from my checking. I received an email alert my account balance was $0.00. Knowing I had just got paid I knew this wasn't true. I then attempted to access my account online. They restricted my online access. I call, the *** couldn't tell me anything. ****** answered and told me if I worked for pnc before then I should know what it means when someone tells me I need to step into a local branch. PNC closed my account without any warning or notice. I found out when I was at the grocery store last night when my debit card was rejected. When I called I was told that they had the right to close the account without a reason. And I have to wait **** days for the money in the account to be sent to me via a cashier's check.
