I was confused as to why my NOMA bank had such poor reviews, but now I see each one-star review was given a minimum of three to eight years ago. That’s not fair. I’m a PNC customer using this location for several months, and each time I walk in, it is pleasant! I am spoken to and helped almost right away. I came in a few weeks ago wanting to open a few new investments (outside of my regular accounts). Expected the worst but everything was butter smooth
Slow, awful bank. They were doing a one person job with two people. Worst & slowest PNC I’ve ever been to.
