This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with, and what's so crazy i have only been with this bank for 2 months and it has not been a good experience i wouldn't recommend using this bank at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wouldn't even rate this bank 1 star but its not letting me selected ZERO stars as soon as i remove my direct deposit i will have this account CLOSED
On May 5, 2021, I deposited a check in the amount of $4000.00 into my personal checking account with PNC Bank. *** check was arranged by a person who seemingly was my manager for a company of which I seemingly was employed with at the time. *** financial institution's name on the check was PNC bank. *** $4000.00 was posted to my account by May 6, 2021. My loan was insured through HUD and they never told me this. Was told that in 7-10 years I could qualify to have my PMI removed from my loan. Now I’m trying to update my PMI and cannot as HUD requires you to have PMI through the lifetime of the loan. PNC should disclose this information to people before screwing them over for 30 years

BBVA compass **** has done nothing to help me with a dispute/fraud claim. Unwilling to make any effort to help.
Basically stole ***** dollars from me... Contacted support within the 2 months and they say I never contacted them about the *** that was fraud and wont give me my money or even dispute it because its not in the 2 months but it was....

I used a PNC bank ATM that was located in a ****** ****** in *************, **. I requested a withdrawal of $240 and the machine only dispensed $20 followed by a receipt that showed the amount was withdrawn but also said unable to process at this time -transaction cancelled. I have reached out to PNC bank multiple times and they told me I had to go through my bank which is ***** *****. I didn't chose this bank. My previous bank was shut down and transferred to BBVA... figured I'd keep it so I didn't have to change my account numbers... only a few months later BBVA is changing to PNC with all new account numbers. So I decided to change banks. Tried to transfer all my money to the new bank and the transfer was put on "Under Review" status, had to contact them and was on hold for over an hour, they cancelled the transfer and wanted me to initiate a new transfer while on the phone but I was unable to since I w... read more
Worst bank I've ever had. Period. They're holding my money hostage and will not give it back to me. They will not answer my calls. They have no other given way to contact them. I can use my card to make purchases but not withdraw money??????? This should be illegal.
PNC IS THE WORST! My mother is suffering from Alzheimer's and as a result, had incurred a significant amount of debt. I was APPOINTED BY THE ***** to be her guardian of person and property.
