To cancel all of our accounts. No notice or communications. Our sons rent payment bounced and other issues ensued. We spoke to 9 different people at PNC, went into the branch twice, filed a police report and they threw us away like yesterdays garbage. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use PNC for anything in the future.

I wish I could give it a zero! I opened an account on Friday. I then tried to do an external transfer and was told the account was on hold and I had to call PNC. I did that, sat on hold for about 30 minutes , spent another 20 or so with the agent who transferred me multiple times then the person said the hold couldn't be lifted b/c their system was down. So, I asked whether there was any way to avoid having to call again. I was told no but it wouldn't be like that the next time. I just got off the phone after another almost ... read more
