I thought this would be a good choice for my business banking. But I should have known within the first 10 minutes of them ignoring me on my appointment I should have got up and walked out.
Went to this location and instantly felt silently judged. They literally cannot hide the expressions on their faces. Went for a simple request and in turn instead of them explaining what I needed to do professionally, they were speaking in a demeaning way. So we left and went to the Brandon Blvd Location and LET ME TELL YOU… BRANDON LOCATION DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Save your time and energy, if you wanna feel valued and receive the help you are in need of just go to the Brandon location.
I just opened a new account with PNC. It was a very positive experience. Deneta Tomes the Branch Manager was very good & very professional. She answered all of my questions and took very good care of me!
Always good service the ppl there are very friendly especially the lady with the gold short cut
