As a customer I have a choice what mailing address to use. Is Not your choice. This is selfish for a business. We the people put our money into your establishment. And there nothing in return. No notification on policies or update procedures. This Business do as they will. And if a person do ask question. There answer is we will be working privately with customer to resolve this matter. So As a former customer I will be taken my business some where else. Listen to the customer. They have a choice. Give them choices.

BBVA is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with for businesses and may be committing fraudulent acts in holding money due to its customers. I have a $117,142 Cashier's Check due back to our Company, from BBVA Bank. This was to be returned with all documentation verification providing by the Bank on Aug. 3, 2020, that the money would be returned. This was also known 3 weeks previous in July, that the funds were to be returned. As of Aug. 26, 2020, the money has not been returned after more than a dozen or more calls in che... read more

Recently, i was shopping around for a refinance with other banks. My chosen lender contacted PNC without me knowing looking for basic info like account balance and PNC charged me a service fee without me even being aware of what was going on. PNC has since said they would return the fee but i am concerned for several reasons: 1) information on my own account is difficult for me to obtain 2) others can obtain account information without me even being aware 3) small fees are assessed without my knowledge and i never would have... read more

I was a long term customer and supporter of PNC Bank. However, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. The amount of fees can cause your account to spiral into debt. Numerous times I setup my account to pull from my savings account if my account was overdrawn. Somehow this setting needed reset every single month, even though I called customer service about the issue. They said they could do nothing. I was charged an overdraft fee. This would happen several times. On each occasion, there was more than enough money in my ... read more

Bank has not given us the payment history, despite asking for it in person and over the phone. Bank has changed our address every time we had made a payment and they never update on our account. Bank has told us that we will need a checking account to get into the auto portion to see everything. When we had opened up a checking account, the bank started to add random fees to the account. Bank will not work with us and the interest per payment didn't add up. We paid about 23k in 3 years and only 12k went to actual loan. This ... read more

Totally bomb at solving disputes regarding scams. I have had numerous times where I have been scammed and ripped off and I had given them the most of what I could for it and yet I would be denied given the money back for it saying it was justifiable. Just recently before I realized I was going to have more problems I got scammed in a cash flip from someone on Instagram. They had me send money through cash app and they would send me back a larger amount. They talked me into sending 250.00 and I thought because of how desperat... read more

I did a transfer from another bank account to my simple account. Few days later they said that I needed to prove the other account was mine. Even though they took the money out of my other account. I followed their directions to a secure portal verified with a screenshot of a statement. Several days later I called to find out why they were still not allowing me access to my money. I was truly unlucky to have a gentleman named ******, my guess that was not his name, who seemed like he was going to loon into my problem. After ... read more

Absolute idiots! I've been trying to change my phone number of record with them for 5 MONTHS, and each month it remains the same...the old one! I am supposed to receive text alerts for payment due, and I receive nothing, nor do I receive any emails other than the one that says my ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE!!!! How is it they can send that notification, but not a bill? Finally, they have my correct mailing address, but I have yet to receive a paper, mailed billing statement. This is THE WORST BANK to have a Visa card with.

I opened a BBVA account with a $5000 credit limit a couple years ago. Recently, my credit has taken a little hit due to Covid-19 and lack of work. BBVA cut my credit limit to $3500 around April, cut to $1700 this month (after paying my card down to $1500), and stated they are closing my account once I payoff my card. I did just pay my card off once I received my unemployment benefits. It just upsets me that BBVA would do this in these tough times. Be aware of how unsympathetic this company is before you start an account with... read more
