Constantly horrendously long lines, no greetings ever, and p-poor attitudes here!!!... And a middle aged lady directly behind me openly coughing all over my neck to top it all off. I'm done with this clown show.
Worst bank. Always short staffed. A few friendly people but most are just plain rude. I personally would not open an account, and I’m asking my employer to switch to another bank!!
I went up to close my account (nothing against this branch was just consolidating my $) and Casey, a manager at this location, was extremely helpful and kind. He did not try to push me into staying with PNC and actually helped me get a fee back; putting $40 back into my wallet. Great customer service Clean and welcoming location Before closing my account, I had been with PNC for 6 years and never had any problems with this location
Drive up ATM was in service but would not accept card. Parked and went to ATM inside. This ATM gave me 50's instead of the usual 20's at an ATM. Got in line to see a teller to break the 50's into 20's. Was fifth in line and waited 13 minutes while one teller serviced customers and 6 other employees ignored the line and did other tasks. This branch seems to be getting worse and worse with customer service as this is not the first bad experience I have had.
