Wish I could give zero stars- more people stand around on the lobby then work the teller- always a ridiculous line- so inefficient. Glad I only have to bank here for work
I have been a business owner for over 20 years and went into PNC in Anderson to open up a business account for a new company I started and wanted to start another relationship with a new bank. I was meet with the worse bankokg experience I have ever had. I was asked for documents that have never been needed to open an account at any banks I have relationships with.
