Love the staff here but PNC screwed up my loan application so horribly that I'm ending over a decade of personal and business banking with them.

Wanted to charge $111 to cash a check issued by their bank that was certified. I under if it was not issued by their bank but it was. I’ve always heard this bank had awful fees before this and to stay away.

My mother and I met with Josh Moeller yesterday at PNC on Beechmont. My Mother had just moved here from another city, and Josh was very kind, and patient with us as he helped set my Mother up with new accounts. Josh was knowledgable, professional and I would recomend him to anyone needing banking help in the future.
