Wish I could give zero stars- more people stand around on the lobby then work the teller- always a ridiculous line- so inefficient. Glad I only have to bank here for work
I have been a business owner for over 20 years and went into PNC in Anderson to open up a business account for a new company I started and wanted to start another relationship with a new bank. I was meet with the worse bankokg experience I have ever had. I was asked for documents that have never been needed to open an account at any banks I have relationships with. Robert went above and beyond expectations to help us with multiple issues. It was nice working with someone who knows how to navigate the system.
I have worked with a lot of loan officers in my career. I will say Robert Rau is at the top of my list. He kept me updated the whole time. He was in constant communication with underwriting. He always replied to emails quickly. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
Constantly horrendously long lines, no greetings ever, and p-poor attitudes here!!!... And a middle aged lady directly behind me openly coughing all over my neck to top it all off. I'm done with this clown show.
