On October3rd 2025 i went into this PNC bank location, I did a cash advance withdrawal per usual from my card account from this exact PNC bank location! They did a duplicate transaction on my card account, I called yesterday on October 6 2025, I left my number for a call back and have not heard nothing since! I'm livid! So I'm stuck with this pending transaction after 1 transaction was accepted!

Not real proud of this branch or any to be honest but this Perry st location in Pontiac is especially standoffish and the tellers are cold and almost treat us as if it's our first time in the door. Been sent to other branches for services as well. Just not a good fit
