I've been banking there for several years now and I have always had a nice experience, but today was truly exceptional! The whole staff is so welcoming, helpful and really funny. I went in for a simple change to my account and was helped into changing just a little bit more to help me receive better interest rates that I am grateful for. Who knew I was going to end up laughing so hard and feeling like a welcomed neighbor just having a bank transaction? Allen is hilarious! Thanks everyone for an unexpected fun day!
On October3rd 2025 i went into this PNC bank location, I did a cash advance withdrawal per usual from my card account from this exact PNC bank location! They did a duplicate transaction on my card account, I called yesterday on October 6 2025, I left my number for a call back and have not heard nothing since! I'm livid! So I'm stuck with this pending transaction after 1 transaction was accepted!
