Had the displeasure of working with Shontell, the Teller Lead Supervisor. Very unhelpful. Terrible to business banking partners. Don’t bother stopping by. PNC is great, but this is the first branch I’ve ever been to where I have actually felt like Service was completely unhelpful and not interested in helping out our relationship at all. Very bad service, don't go there, try to cash my check, i have enough money in my acc.... and they refuse to cash my check... suck all of them manager is the worse.
I had very bad experience with Oleg who was supposed to help me wire transfer my money he was asking all questions for 30 minutes and at the end he said he can't transfer it because system is down which I'm sure he lied. I have been there many times and I've done lots of work at this branch previously but after this experience I'm just gonna close all my accounts and get a different bank. I don't recommend this place to nobody.
