Very bad service, don't go there, try to cash my check, i have enough money in my acc.... and they refuse to cash my check... suck all of them manager is the worse.
I had very bad experience with Oleg who was supposed to help me wire transfer my money he was asking all questions for 30 minutes and at the end he said he can't transfer it because system is down which I'm sure he lied. I have been there many times and I've done lots of work at this branch previously but after this experience I'm just gonna close all my accounts and get a different bank. I don't recommend this place to nobody.
Thank you to all the staff. They were kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Teller Supervisor, who resolved our issues and served us quickly. We are very satisfied with the service
