Very poor customer service. I requested temporary checks, but my instructions were not followed. I went to the bank to correct them only to find out that the checks were never ordered. Today the checks arrived, and they were still wrong.
Absolutely horrible experience with this bank! Do not bank with this branch! I have been trying to close a bank account for over a month and they still have not closed my account while negative interest and overdraft fees are piling up. I called on the phone, brought my account balance to zero, and was told they would close it way back on January 6th. They never closed it and now I have almost negative $100 in my account for a situation that was absolutely caused by their negligence. When I call they say that no one can help... read more
This is best branch in this area. Always very cooperative and service is awesome! Wonderful manager and staff. Always look forward to visiting the branch because I know any reasonable request will be completed fast and accurately.
Bernard is the best Manager of, well, anything. His staff are excellent and have great respect for him. It is pure joyous comfort to have him in my life.
