Every time I go into this branch they're so kind and they all have wonderful personalities, and all our very professional.
Terrible!!! Was in the drive thru before they closed and they wouldn't help me. Had to bang on the door because I sent my card and ID in and I couldn't get it out the tube. I work at a bank also and would never treat a customer like that..
Teller was very nice!
I’m tired of walking into places and people don’t have basic customer service skills and have attitudes. Don’t worry I left and went to another pnc bank and won’t come back to this one.
