The male assistant branch manager was rude and not respectful of our time. We simply asked to downgrade to a smaller clover machine we had previously purchased. He denied it and said we should take our business elsewhere. As a Business owner in dublin and powell I would not reccomend pnc for any business banking. Not only are the employees here unprofessional, they will not help you without gaining something. I would recommend going to a different branch
Waiting 15 minutes at drive through with one vehicle in front. Amazingly bad service.
Just before going to PNC I went to another bank that couldn’t accept my walk-in appt. As a mom of 2, I couldn’t schedule for another day. I had to make the most of my errands. Elleez was wonderful to work with! Kind, professional, and intuitive. I was in a hurry and she was accommodating and helpful.
Went to utilize their notary on staff. Buyer was a banking customer and had a check drawn up. Teller knew we were needing to then transfer the title with their notary. Long wait later and their notary tells us they only do this if the seller is a banking customer....so we went to 53rd who doesn't have this stipulation.
