PNC has the worst overseas call center ever. Business banking client. Many years. And It is bad enough that I'm considering leaving. If I could give negative starts I would. Just terrible. I have four kids and I will be sure they become fidelity clients and not PNC.
The Powell branch is outstanding. The staff and Mgr are excellent
The male assistant branch manager was rude and not respectful of our time. We simply asked to downgrade to a smaller clover machine we had previously purchased. He denied it and said we should take our business elsewhere. As a Business owner in dublin and powell I would not reccomend pnc for any business banking. Not only are the employees here unprofessional, they will not help you without gaining something. I would recommend going to a different branch
Waiting 15 minutes at drive through with one vehicle in front. Amazingly bad service.
