PNC Bank Staff are wonderful.
IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR AVAILABIL IT WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE! This bank has been an absolute nightmare for me from day 1. Started with the representative who after opening an account with, calls me several hours later to let me know she unintentionally created another account for a customer using my personal info that was on her screen for several hours. She said "I'm sorry but don't worry, it's no big deal." Maybe to her it wasn't to me it's a lack professionalism, training and a lack of common courtesy. I asked for the fee... read more

they are the worst they didn’t put nothing on the machine that said it was a error and they took 400 dollars from me and say that they cant do anything about it
