April is the manager here and made me wait 20min to verify 2 checks. I’ll never come here again. I’ve cashed many checks at PNC and this is the first time they’ve taken more 2min.

They are super suspicious. I reached out to the company yesterday through actual chat support for an issue about having money sent to a card through the company that had not been in use and despite the fact the it was definitely sent to pnc and made it's way into your bank system you "had no record of it" now today just a day after reaching out my card had been removed from pnc's system after nearly a year of being inactive.
