My Mom and I went to PNC Bank on Thursday to open an Estate checking account. Never have gone to a bank before where the staff was so helpful. From the time we entered until we left, the Branch Manager Nicola Reid and Monique Brown, Service Associate, were very professional and completely friendly. They answered all our questions and made our visit memorable.
EXCELLENT STAFF. Very helpful and always willing to attend to your need.
