Worst banking experiences.
Just an awkward experience… Despite requesting an account change, my documents are still not correct. When I asked another question, she actually told me to go to a different financial institution. Throughout the appointment, I felt like my presence was an inconvenience to her. She barely communicated, just typed while I sat there awkwardly wondering what was happening. Overall, it was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expected much better from PNC.

On the teller side, “Nue Nue,” the professional teller lead, brings years of experience and delivers fast, accurate service with a warm smile and outstanding customer care.
