I was very skeptical at first. I was with my last bank for over 10 years. But I'm really loving PNC so far!
I would give a zero if I could! I was just there to cash a petty cash check for my work. My name is on the check and i provided my ID like i always do when cashing a check. I was asked to provide my debit card as well as a 2-step process and had a new person helping me. I provided my debit card and waited about 15-20 minutes only to be told that they couldn't cash it!!! Huge waste of time! I would avoid this bank at all costs!
Staff is always so sweet. Conner is very helpful and patient to work with!
They should learn that public photography is not a crime and they should be nicer to KULT News
Absolutely worst and slowest branch I’ve ever been to !!! Stopped on a Saturday morning and no one in the lobby or drive through . Went through drive through to get cash out and literally sat there for 20 mins!! But let’s close other branches that are actually decent …..Ridiculous !!!
