Was treated very poorly and given incorrect information from Cindy. My pnc i have always had great service with. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not but she also told me a policy that was incorrect.
Went in to resolve a puzzling issue. After making several phone calls they were able to help me and got my issue resolved. Very pleasant and helpful.
The best branch I have ever banked at. The people there are simply top notch and caring. They even let me bring my two soft coated Wheaten terriers into the branch when I come in. Everybody rushes to get water and treats for them. The branch manager Joanna is absolutely the most professional and informed manager I have had the pleasure to work with. She opened two business accounts for me and I could not be happier with my decision to make them my go to Bank for everything possible.
