Very unprofessional and have not a clue how to help. Once I get my funds from this bank I want no further dealings
They pretend caring about their customers by making phone calls at random occasions but they are not able to offer help when there's a need for service.
Jayln was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and genuinely happy for me as I shared about my upcoming wedding, while also quickly and efficiently helping me with a cashier’s check :) Such a sweet and thoughtful experience at PNC today! thank you!
