Tried to order Euros for an upcoming trip, but was told it had to be in person. That would involve taking a 3 hour round trip on two consecutive days. Have been a PNC account holder for over 20 years, yet can’t be trusted.

Management seriously needs to focus it's energy on this location. Literally the only location in a hour+ radius but yet 99.9% of the time only have 1 teller and a "greeter" who is absolutely useless sitting on their laptop. Always takes 45+ minutes from entering to exiting.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Since the hurricane hit we have had so much work having to be done. The insurance company puts the mortgage company name on the checks and we have to have them sign it. We called before going and they told us they could sign it in the branch and to make an appointment. We show up on time for our appointment, only to have to wait for a walk-in to be assisted.
