Terrible fraud protection. PNC is not protecting your money and they are in no hurry to help you get it back either. My son’s card was used for a fraudulent purchase but I assumed he had visited a website that was unsafe. Two weeks later my account experiences the same thing. There are no protections in place. If you review my transaction history it’s very obvious where I spend money and what I’m doing. Seriously predictable. Yet my own bank cannot even recognize that this charge is coming from a city other than where I live... read more
ATM ISSUES ALL THE TIME
very tired of the Drive Thru ATM always broken
always friendly and usually get in and out in reasonable time. Very responsive. Have banked there for many years.
Met with James and he was great, walked me through all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond for me. Very positive, honest, and up lifting person. I will be going to James for all my PNC needs
