Terrible fraud protection. PNC is not protecting your money and they are in no hurry to help you get it back either. My son’s card was used for a fraudulent purchase but I assumed he had visited a website that was unsafe. Two weeks later my account experiences the same thing. There are no protections in place. If you review my transaction history it’s very obvious where I spend money and what I’m doing. Seriously predictable. very tired of the Drive Thru ATM always broken
always friendly and usually get in and out in reasonable time. Very responsive. Have banked there for many years.
