This bank is discriminatory - they choose to selectively “enforce” “policies” and when you ask why they do that and where you can find these “policies” they refuse to serve you. Also be warned if you are disabled and want to use the drive thru - they won’t provide full service even if you do let them know that you are disabled and cannot come inside.
I don't go into the bank very often so I don't always know the proper procedure. When I went in today however I was ignored for 10 minutes, no hello, no what can we do for you. Clients came in after me and were promptly addressed and when I finally asked for some help I was rudely dismissed, told to wait and fill out a slip. Is this how we do things now?
Terrible customer service!!! I've been depositing single dollar bills through the drive-thru for months, enjoying the convenience of staying in my car. Last week, a teller told me I had to go inside instead. I thought the teller was just having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with counting ones, but today, Bernadine at the drive-thru sternly reminded me of this new rule: "We told you last time we can’t accept singles through the window."
