Literally the worst PNC branch I've ever seen. I moved to this area 2 years ago and if I'm doing anything other than using an ATM, I'm spending 30 minutes minimum here. I avoid it as much as I can, but it's the only one close.
Bank staff was rude through window and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. Put my deposit into the wrong account even though I had checked the checking account box. Would rather drive a little further to a different location.
