PNC is one of the best banks I've ever worked with
VERY disappointed with PNC Bank. They are not for the middle class blue-collar worker. Trying to improve your financial situation will only be impacted more negatively. Seek financial help elsewhere, such as a local credit union
Extremely rude and awful staff
Husband just went in to cash a check that was from a business that banks here. Normally non member check cashing is reasonably priced if the check is issued by the bank your cashing at, but today it was 25$ on a 1k dollar check. Now that's insane. The teller told him it was a 2% fee just as an FYI 2% of 1k is 20$ not 25....
I went to the bank on 6/20 to ask for help withmy online banking login since pnc decided to close my checking account and over the phone they said I need to go to the bank. After 1 hour and half conversion with the lady inside and pnc office, they said ,we cannot help you . You need a over mail pin number. Now I called pnc they helped me without any pin or something similar. With all due respect, some people are useless. Find a better bank.
