Good Quality Smaller PNC location. I gave it 4 stars mostly, because it's an older structure at the end of an older shopping plaza. The employees are super nice and helpful. I appreciate their assistance and the positive vibes here.
I’ve never said this before, but it’s a pleasure to go to the bank because of the staff working at this location!!! EVERY single employee is welcoming, friendly, helpful and just always pleasant!!! They truly treat you like someone they know. I happened to stop in on my birthday and casually mentioned it to Madison the teller. The manager went and got a birthday card and handed it to me on my way out. You don’t find experiences like that very often these days. Thank you all for making our day brighter every time we go in!!
Donna was excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. Great service!
Kymberly and LaTasha are incredible there. So helpful, kind and efficient!
