I recently had an issue with a mobile deposit. I had called multiple times and was not able to get anyone who could tell me what was going on then they even froze my account what a mess! Luckily at this location they have an amazing banker Kimberly she was so kind and empathetic and she got to the bottom of the issue and went to the source and got it all straightened out.
Came 10 minutes before closing to make a quick deposit, doors already locked, lights off, and everyone is gone.
I would highly suggest choosing this branch to bank with. Their branch manager (Bill) is an absolute gem. He went out of his way and spent an exorbitant amount of time and energy to assist our non-profit organization...and get this-- we don't even use his PNC branch location to bank with! He had 0 incentive to help us. I don't know about you but I want the people who handle my money to be of high integrity and character-Bill and his team deliver.
I was at the atm machine with my dad when the power went out and consumed his card :/
