I called last week to check the interest rates on a CD - IRA. Roll over from another bank Was told 4% Made an appointment for a Friday To roll over into a CD IRA for the 4% 4/1/25 I get a phone call from PNC financial advisor from upstairs Wants to talk about putting my money into the stock market WTH - I do not believe this place has my best Interest in mind At my age and how high the market is right now This is outrageous ..... I had to close my joint account because unfortunately my significant other passed away. I had the fortune of working with Hamida during this time. Although it was a lengthy and difficult time and process to close the account, she really had a professionalism and authentic approach to my circumstance. The account couldnt close due to an issue. I opened a new account for my 16-year-old with Personal Banker Matthew, who was extremely helpful and professional. The greeter at the door was very welcoming, and when I left, there was a different greeter who was just as friendly. Both maintained excellent eye contact and had a warm demeanor. As a new PNC customer, my experience has been great so far!
