I recently came to the area and I have been in the PNC Bank multiple times over the week and everyone has been more than helpful and welcoming.
PNC ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE. I opened accounts with PNC back around 2010 when I was very impressed with the way they helped me with my parents account when they got gravely ill. I was very happy with their service until, just before Covid, they started closing branches. Long story short, I moved to NC recently and my wife went into the local branch to get new checks with our new address. The branch mistaking printed the checks for the wrong account. Very slow under staffed overall rarely smooth or efficient
So i come here everyday, and the tellers are wonderful. But i would love for corporate to watch the branch manager go to lunch while 4 people stand in line with two tellers. I constantly here the customers complain that they are short staffed. What they need is management who will get behind the counter and help. When my team needs me i help customers right along with my team. Why are the bankers and managers not helping their team.
