PNC ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE. I opened accounts with PNC back around 2010 when I was very impressed with the way they helped me with my parents account when they got gravely ill. I was very happy with their service until, just before Covid, they started closing branches. Long story short, I moved to NC recently and my wife went into the local branch to get new checks with our new address. The branch mistaking printed the checks for the wrong account. Unfortunately pnc went down hill years ago and I took all my assets out of there after being a customer for over 40’years I am with another bank now.
