Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment to payoff my car loan. PNC was unable to provide their routing number so I could wire the funds. When calling the 1-800# it’s over a 20 minute wait to get a representative. To any existing PNC customers, there are much easier and better banks available.
This is the worst Bank I've ever worked with. I opened up a business credit card and a business checking account with them and wasn't able to pay my credit card bill online for four months despite repeated visits to the branch, phone calls and emails. I quickly was unable to get a call back or email response from the branch regarding my credit card, shortly after I initially brought up the issue.
