I keep forgetting how trashy this location always is. by trashy I mean they lack the most basic of customer service skills, that extends to the most basic of deescalation tactics. These people are the kinds that talk over the customer before they finished, they are condescending, and truly suck at basic customer service/escalation. these people are the bottom of the barrel of the banking world. Horrible customer service. Associate was prod to say they had worked there for 3 years but proceeded to give me no customer service with a careless attitude.
The slowest cashier of the world works at this branch. Sucks on a Saturday afternoon
