I am extremely disappointed with my experience opening a PNC Business Checking account. I opened the account because a bank employee informed me that I qualified for a $400 new account promotion. During the application process, I specifically confirmed that everything had been completed correctly and was assured that all requirements had been taken care of. The best bank in town. Very attentive to your needs no matter how big or small your bank account is.
This Saturday I stopped by this branch about 45 minutes before closing with my elderly mother so I could be added to her account. We were told we needed an appointment and that the banker wouldn’t be able to help because she was with other customers and needed to close a loan before the bank closed at 1 PM. Not being local and being in town briefly , it made the situation more frustrating. While the banker was apologetic, the situation was still disappointing.
