Service was horrible and the white manager was rude
I am extremely disappointed with my experience opening a PNC Business Checking account. I opened the account because a bank employee informed me that I qualified for a $400 new account promotion. During the application process, I specifically confirmed that everything had been completed correctly and was assured that all requirements had been taken care of.
