Go to any other branch. Seriously, walk to New Jersey instead. Been in line over ten minutes and line hasn't moved. Only one teller working. Apparently customer at counter is applying for a mortgage or something. No window transaction can be that complex. RUN TO ANY OTHER BRANCH. Heck, switch to a different bank entirely.

Worst PNC in the city especially for it to be downtown they don't acknowledge you when you coming here they give you the runaround and it's ridiculous
