Not only did this branch remove all the tellers, it also takes forever for the branch to deposit checks. They have to go into a back room, which takes way longer than it did when they had the check deposit machine at each cubicle desk. I appreciated the help the salesperson provided me depositing my checks and showing me on mobile how to do the same thing. (I will absolutely be using mobile deposit from now on) I was also annoyed that I had to go to the ATM outside to get a cash withdrawal though, and I had to specify on the... read more
